Payment plans must be adhered to as agreed. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services or termination of the agreement.

Digital products and services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.

Mikenetic reserves the right to withhold access or revoke licenses if payments are not made in full.
7. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
You agree not to disclose, share, or publish any confidential information, trade secrets, internal strategies, or intellectual property of Mikenetic, including systems, tools, client lists, workflows, and proprietary documents.
This clause remains enforceable indefinitely, even after termination of services.
8. Non-Compete & Non-Solicitation
Clients, subcontractors, or employees may not replicate or offer similar strategic frameworks, automation systems, or marketing structures learned through Mikenetic to third parties for personal gain or in competition with Mikenetic.
You may not solicit or attempt to hire any Mikenetic employees, freelancers, or clients for 12 months following termination of service.
Violation of this clause will result in legal action, including pursuit of financial damages.
9. Limitation of Liability
Mikenetic shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of revenue, business opportunities, or profits

Interruptions caused by third-party tools, delays, or software failures

Results that depend on client implementation, cooperation, and market behavior
In no case shall Mikenetic’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the client within the last 90 days.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to any service without notice if:

Payments are missed, reversed, or disputed

Abuse, harassment, or misconduct is observed
All IP, systems, and licenses remain the property of Mikenetic upon termination. No refunds will be issued once deliverables or access have been granted.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
In the event of a dispute:

12. Force Majeure
